Are you ready to join the Force? Join us for 2 workshops leading up to the 2025 Command Force Audition for an insider look at what it takes to make the team. Each workshop will be broken down into 3 sessions including NFL Pom, Hip Hop, Beat Ya Feet, and a mock audition/pro tips panel. You can select to attend individual sessions or purchase the entire workshop. A new routine will be taught at each session.

Our workshops are designed to better prepare candidates for the audition process and for the season ahead should they be selected for the Commanders dance team. During the workshops, participants will meet members of the current team, learn about our dance and sideline style, and gain insider information directly from coaches in preparation for auditions. Workshops are held at Northwest Stadium in Landover, MD in the Command Force dance studio. There is no virtual option for these workshops.

One participant will be selected from each session to receive a "golden ticket". This ticket is an automatic pass to the in-person semi-finals round held on May 3rd at Northwest Stadium.

Cost: $175 per workshop (Includes 3 sessions- $10 savings) OR purchase individual sessions (pricing below*)

NOTE: For the mock audition, participants must attend session 4 and/or 5 to learn the choreography.

The Audition Workshops may include:

• Learning a NFL sideline & Pom routine
• Performing a Command Force Hip Hop Gameday routine
• Beat Ya Feet Fundamentals & Grooves
• Hip Hop trick overview
• Mock Audition with individual feedback
• Pro Tips panel and Q&A session with Command Force veterans, Coaches & Alumni

Space is limited to the first 65 registrants per workshop/session and will close once spots are filled. Walk-ups will not be permitted. To attend, you must be 16 years or older by February 1, 2025. Check-in will open 30 mins before each session.
