PHILADELPHIA –The Washington Redskins have announced the following inactives and lineup changes for tonight's game against the Philadelphia Eagles:

The Redskins declared the following players as inactive:

No. 10 QB Robert Griffin III
No. 31 RB Matt Jones
No. 56 LB Perry Riley Jr.
No. 73 DE Frank Kearse
No. 74 G Arie Kouandjio
No. 85 TE Marcel Jensen
No. 87 TE Je'Ron Hamm

-- No. 54 Mason Foster is expected to start in place of Riley at linebacker.
