Coach of The Week
Each week during the high school football season, the Redskins select one area high school head coach as the Redskins "High School Coach of the Week." The selection is based on the coach's continuing commitment towards promoting youth football, developing motivated student-athletes and his overall community involvement. Each of the coaches chosen throughout the high school season receives a $1,000 donation from the NFL Youth Football Fund to improve their football program. At the conclusion of the season, the Redskins will recognize the Coach of the Year. That coach will receive a $2,000 donation from the NFL Youth Football Fund.
