The Redskins have decided to place defensive end Phillip Daniels on the Injured Reserve list, the team announced on Wednesday.
Daniels suffered a dislocated bone in his left wrist in last Sunday's game against the New York Giants and will not return this season.
To fill the roster spot, the team has signed defensive lineman Cedric Killings. He will wear jersey No. 91. Killings, 6-2 and 290 pounds, spent training camp and the preseason with the Redskins before being released in September.
The Redskins also announced they have signed linebacker Billy Strother to the practice squad.
