Anthony Montgomery has signed his restricted free agent contract, the team announced on Wednesday.
The Redskins had tendered a contract to Montgomery, the team's third-year defensive tackle, on Feb. 26.
By signing the contract, Montgomery cannot be signed by another NFL team this offseason.
Montgomery has started 22 games in three years with the Redskins, logging 74 tackles and three sacks in his pro career.
Last season, Montgomery started six of 14 games and logged 23 tackles and two sacks.
Montgomery has been at Redskins Park this week for the start of off-season workouts. He has been a regular at the team's facility as he rehabs from arthroscopic knee surgery in January.
Kedric Golston is the Redskins' only unsigned restricted free agent. The Redskins tendered a contract to Golston on Feb. 26.
Golston can field offers from other NFL teams, but the Redskins reserve the right to match the offer or receive a draft pick as compensation.
