Santana Moss is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Philadelphia as he continues to recover from a heel injury.
Moss missed practice all three days this week.
Coaches and athletic trainers are expected to work out Moss at pre-game on Sunday to re-evaluate his playing status.
"It's sore," Moss said. "It couldn't tell you if I'll go or not. I'll just have to see how it feels on Sunday."
If Moss can't play, then former Eagle James Thrash would likely move into a starting role. Keenan McCardell, Reche Caldwell and Brandon Lloyd could see action in three and four wide receiver sets.
Antwaan Randle El missed practice on Thursday and Friday to rest a lingering hamstring injury. He is listed as probable.
-- WASHINGTON, SMOOT ARE PROBABLE
Marcus Washington was full-go in practice on Friday and the team listed him as probable for Sunday's game against Philadelphia.
"I feel pretty good," Washington said after practice.
Washington missed last Sunday's game against the Jets due to a nagging hamstring injury.
Meantime, Fred Smoot is also listed as probable with a hamstring injury despite being limited in practice. He has said all week that he expects to play Sunday.
"Hopefully I won't have a setback during the game," Smoot said.
Defensive tackle Cornelius Griffin is probable for Sunday's game with a back injury.
-- WILLIAMS PUTS EMPHASIS ON D-LINE
As the Redskins move into the second half of the season, assistant head coach-defense Gregg Williams has reminded defensive linemen of their importance down the stretch.
Games in November and December are often decided at the line of scrimmage, Williams said, because most teams place an emphasis on running the ball.
"The best teams start to rise up right now," Williams said. "They start to separate themselves a little bit. The November schedule you will start to see them rise up and in December, they take over.
"It is usually in your line of scrimmage play. When you see your line of scrimmage play start to take over ballgames, those are the teams that have a chance to win late in the year."
