When Redskins cornerback Fabian Moreau takes the field in his special cleats, it will be in honor of his grandfather. Supporting the **Alzheimer’s Association**, which aids in Alzheimer's care, support and research, Moreau is hoping to raise awareness for the disease that his grandfather dealt with in the later stages of his life.

"A lot of people don't know what Alzheimer's is or the effects of it," Moreau said. "I guess it does bring eyes to it, allows people to know that this is happening and a lot of people are struggling from it."

Besides using his platform to spread information about Alzheimer's and help continue the fight against it, Moreau also sees the cleats as a way to show his love and admiration for his grandfather.

"Tribute to my grandfather, man," Moreau said. "To know that he's always with me no matter what."
