The Washington Redskins have announced the following inactives and lineup changes for tonight's game against the Dallas Cowboys:

The Redskins declared the following players as inactive:

No. 10 QB Robert Griffin III
No. 15 WR Aldrick Robinson
No. 38 CB Greg Ducre
No. 53 LB Jackson Jeffcoat
No. 60 G Spencer Long
No. 74 T Tyler Polumbus
No. 94 DE Clifton Geathers

No. 68 Tom Compton is expected to start in place of Polumbus at right tackle.
