The Redskins will hit the road to begin the preseason schedule in Baltimore followed by games at FedExField with the Packers and Bengals before wrapping up the schedule in Tampa Bay against the Buccaneers.

The Washington Redskins on Monday announced their four-game 2017 preseason schedule, as they'll open up on the road with the Baltimore Ravens before matchups with the Green Bay Packers and Cincinnati Bengals at FedExField.

Then, for the sixth time in the last seven years, Washington will travel to Florida for the preseason finale to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Three of the four games (at Baltimore, vs. Green Bay and at Tampa Bay) will be shown locally on NBC4 and Comcast SportsNet. Specific times for these games will be determined at a later date, while Washington's Week 3 preseason matchup with Cincinnati will be televised for a national audience on FOX at 4:30 p.m., on Sunday, Aug. 27.

All four games can be heard on the Redskins Radio Network, including on ESPN 980 and WMAL (105.9 FM/630 AM) in the Washington, D.C. metro area.

Washington and Baltimore are common preseason opponents and will once again share the field in a preseason matchup at M&T Bank Stadium. The Ravens are led by head coach John Harbaugh, who has accumulated a regular season record of 85-59 in nine seasons.

Quarterback Joe Flacco – a 2008 first-round pick for Baltimore – will led the offensive attack just as he has since his rookie season. After suffering a torn ACL in Nov. 2015, the Delaware product returned fully healthy for the start of the 2016 season. He finished the year with a career-high 4,317 passing yards along with 20 touchdowns to 15 interceptions.

In the preseason home opener for Washington, the Redskins will host the Packers at FedExField.

The Redskins and Packers met in the Wild Card Round of the playoffs last January and squared off last November in Maryland, with Washington scoring a 42-28 victory.

Six-time Pro Bowler and two-time NFL MVP Aaron Rodgers is entering his 13th season with the Packers and 10th as starting quarterback. During the 2016 season, Rodgers threw for 4,428 yards and 40 touchdowns to just seven interceptions while leading Green Bay to an NFC North title.

Defensively, Green Bay returns Pro Bowl safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix along with linebackers Nick Perry and Clay Matthews among others.

The following week, the Redskins and Bengals will meet in front of a national audience nearly 10 months after the two tied 27-27 in London.

Offensively, the Bengals run through six-time Pro Bowl wide receiver A.J. Green, as the 28-year-old has amassed 481 receptions for 7,135 yards and 49 touchdowns so far in his career.

The Redskins will conclude the preseason in Tampa for the second time in as many seasons.

The Buccaneers signed two of the Redskins' big-name free agents last month, agreeing to terms with three-time Pro Bowler DeSean Jackson and defensive lineman Chris Baker.
