With Saturday night's matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles now in the rear-view mirror, the Washington Redskins turn their attention to their 2015 regular season finale vs. the Cowboys. With Saturday night's NFC East matchup -- and the division title -- now out of the way, the Washington Redskins will keep their focus within the division to wrap up the 2015 regular season, as they travel to take on the Dallas Cowboys.
Kickoff from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, is set for next Sunday at 1 p.m.
The Cowboys enter Sunday's Week 16 matchup against the Buffalo Bills with a 4-10 overall record, and are sitting in last place in the NFC East.
But Dallas' only recent triumph came Week 13 against Washington, when the Cowboys came to FedExField and escaped with a 19-16, last-second victory on Monday Night Football.
In that game, the two teams found themselves tied at 3 going into halftime and tied at 6 after the third quarter before picking up the pace in the fourth quarter.
But, in the end, the Cowboys responded to a late, game-tying Redskins touchdown – a pass from Kirk Cousins to DeSean Jackson – by nailing a Dan Bailey 54-yard field goal with nine seconds remaining to get the win.
Cousins completed 22-of-31 passes for 219 yards and a touchdown in that contest, while Jackson caught six passes for 80 yards and his late score. The Redskins' defense forced three Cowboys turnovers, and Chris Baker, Mason Foster, Dashon Goldson and Jason Hatcher each had forced fumbles that night.

Dallas quarterback Matt Cassel completed 16-of-29 passes for 223 yards, while Darren McFadden ran the ball 14 times for 53 yards and a touchdown – but also lost two fumbles. Bailey connected on all four of his field-goal attempts to lead the Dallas special teams units, while defensive end Damarcus Lawrence had a game-best two sacks.
The Cowboys haven't been able to build any momentum off that Week 13 victory, however, losing their next two games to the Green Bay Packers (28-7) and the New York Jets (19-16).
Dallas, which saw Tony Romo go down with a season-ending clavicle injury, has also made yet another change at quarterback since Week 13, favoring Kellen Moore over Cassel.
The Cowboys have struggled offensively all season without Romo in the lineup. They rank 30th in the league with a 17.6 points-per-game average, and their 324.4 yards per game rank 27th. While their rushing attack, with 119.2 yards per game, ranks 10th in the league, their 205.2 passing yards per game ranks 29th.
Dallas has been much more impressive defensively, as their 337.5 yards allowed per game ranks 10th. The Cowboys allow the sixth-fewest passing yards per game (226.6) and the 18th fewest rushing yards per contest (110.9).
In all, Moore has completed 15-of-25 passes for 158 yards with one touchdown and three interceptions. McFadden leads the running attack with 208 rushes for 898 yards and three touchdowns, while Joseph Randle has 315 yards with a team-best four rushing touchdowns.
Tight end Jason Witten leads all Dallas receivers with 70 receptions for 643 yards, and has two touchdowns on the year. Terrance Williams, Cole Beasley and Dez Bryant each have a team-high-tying three receiving touchdowns.
Sean Lee (113 tackles) and Barry Church (110 tackles) continue to lead the Dallas defense. Lawrence leads the team with seven sacks.
