As expected, the Redskins will be without top receiver Pierre Garçon and safety Brandon Meriweather for Sunday's game against the Panthers.
Garçon will be replaced by second-year receiver Aldrick Robinson, who had four receptions for 52 yards last week in Pittsburgh. Robinson has eight receptions this season for 114 yards, and makes the first start of his career.
Quarterback Rex Grossman is inactive today for the ninth time this season, joined by rookie offensive guards Adam Gettis and Josh LeRibeus.
On defense, cornerback Richard Crawford and defensive end Doug Worthington are inactive again this week as well.
