The First Ladies of Football certainly know what it takes to rock the field, and we are looking for some rockstars to join us this year at our 2018 Summer Cheer Camp on July 7-8th in Richmond, VA.

Are you between the ages of 10-17? Have you ever dreamed of cheerleading on the biggest stage in the world alongside the pros? Now is your chance! You have the rare opportunity to step onto an NFL field and perform a halftime routine! Don't worry, our trained professionals will make sure you are "Game Day Ready!" We can't wait to share our secrets with you! 

To prepare you for your time on the field, our First Ladies of Football will teach a two-day cheer camp that includes learning basic motions, a dance routine, cheers, tumbling skills and stunt technique. Our cheerleaders are not only trained to perform and cheer on our team every Sunday, but they are also trained to teach and coach our future First Ladies of Football. Whether you are brand new to this sport, or you've been honing your skills for years, we promise you will have a great time while learning a lot! We create a positive environment that focuses on building skills, teamwork and friendships. When camp is over, you will walk away feeling confident in what you learned and empowered to learn even more. We can't wait for you to join us July 7-8th for the best cheer camp of your LIFE!
