- John Keim: The No. 2 pick will likely be the NFL's Offensive Rookie of the Year, so there's no doubt he's also that for Washington. Daniels is a key reason the Commanders have won 10 games for the first time since 2012. He has thrown for 3,303 yards and 22 touchdowns and is tied for first with 11 in the fourth quarter. He also owns the NFL's fourth-highest QBR at 71.9, trailing only Joe Burrow, Lamar Jackson and top-rated Josh Allen. Daniels also has rushed for 737 yards and six touchdowns.

- **Nate Davis:** Sunday's win was exciting, dramatic and puts them on the verge of a playoff berth and their first regular season with at least 11 wins since 1991. But let's not forget it came despite five turnovers and against a Philly team forced to field an injured backup quarterback.

- **Frank Schwab:** Jayden Daniels already had the near-perfect game at Cincinnati, the Hail Mary and a few other moments that we'll remember from a historic rookie season. His five-touchdown game, including a game-winner with six seconds left to beat the Eagles, might top them all. What a season for Daniels.

- **B/R staff:** If the Washington Commanders make noise in the postseason this year, it may well be because of Week 16—because of the way Jayden Daniels rallied the team in a frenetic fourth quarter comeback.

- Marcus Mosher: The Washington Commanders might be one of the most fun teams in the NFL. It seems like they play in a high-drama game every week, and Jayden Daniels never fails to impress. Washington has clinched a playoff berth and its first double-digit win season since 2012. And as we saw in Week 16, it can hang with just about any team in the NFC this postseason.

- **Robert Zeglinski and Christian D'Andrea:** It took a Jalen Hurts injury and the Philadelphia defense weirdly stepping on rakes over and over, but Jayden Daniels' Commanders pulled out the dramatic win. As a result, Washington has its first season of at least 10 wins in over a decade. Barring an inexplicable late collapse, the Commanders will also soon make the postseason for the second time in the 2020s.
