In addition to attending general meetings, WIN members can elect to participate in four WIN committees that focus on our key pillars and values.
The Health & Wellness / Work Life Balance Committee exists to ensure the women of WIN have the tools to balance work and life while feeling valued, supported, and fulfilled. This includes planning and executing speakers and activities that promote both physical and mental wellbeing.
The Social Justice and Community Outreach Committee is dedicated to providing WIN members with opportunities to give back, highlight narratives and foster connections across cultures, and share resources with the broader DMV community.
The Career Development and Mentorship Committee exists to support the women of WIN by providing resources and tools to assist with career development goals and career discussions, offering programs and activities that support knowledge and skill enhancement, and foster a supportive, collaborative work environment through networking and mentoring.
The Bridging the Gap Committee was created to foster collaboration with other parts of the organization including the Black Engagement Network (BEN), another Washington Football Team employee resource group.
