​Stephanie Jojokian | Director & Choreographer

In 2004 Stephanie was hired as the first full-time Choreographer in Redskins Cheerleader history and only the 2nd in the entire NFL. She has choreographed and performed for Master P's 504 Boys "Whodee" Video, Crystal Waters "Just Say Hey" Video and danced with Darrin Henson in his "Darrin's Dance Grooves 2" Video.

Stephanie has performed at the Kennedy Center and in New York City as a member of the modern company, Tony Powell Music & Movement, as well as at Dance Place as a member of Carla & Company. She has traveled to more than 30 Countries on 10 AFE Tours. Stephanie is now honored to be the choreographer for the Redskins cheerleaders and National Champions, Redskins Jr. All Stars (competitive team).

Before that she was the director/choreographer for eight seasons with the NBA's Washington Wizards NBA Dancers, where she danced for two seasons prior to taking over the leadership. She studied dance at UNC-Greensboro and Alvin Ailey in New York City. Stephanie is the co-founder of Capitol Movement (www.capitolmovement.org) the areas largest dance company and non-profit. She works with hundreds of local dancers each year to stage an annual benefit concert. She currently teaches master classes locally and abroad in Japan and Slovenia.

​Jamilla Keene | Assistant Director, Marketing & Programs

Jamilla is the Assistant Director of Programs & Marketing for the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders.  She joins the team in this role after being a Redskins Cheerleader for ten (10) seasons (2003-2012).  During her role as a Cheerleader, she serves as captain for eight (8) seasons, worked as an Account Executive, Premium Sales for eight (8) seasons, and also was the Junior Redskins Cheerleaders Coordinator for ten (10) seasons.  She represented the 1st Ladies of Football at the 2005 Pro Bowl in Honolulu, HI, and also in Maxim Magazine the same season.  Jamilla continues to travel the world with the Redskins Cheerleaders for their annual calendar trip and Military Appreciation tours to bring a piece of home our servicemen and women.  

Jamilla was born and raised in the Hampton Roads area.  She ventured to the DMV to attend school at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA where she graduated with a BA in Communications.  Jamilla cheered at George Mason University on their nationally-ranked coed cheer squad, and also taught camps for Universal Cheerleaders Association for seven (7) years.  After graduating she helped create the GMU All-Girl team which was nationally ranked all four (4) of the seasons she coached the team.  During her time as a Washington Redskins Cheerleader, Jamilla also danced with for Capitol Movement, Inc, a nonprofit dance company, and now works as their studio manager in Washington, DC.
