The Washington Redskins Cheerleaders are very excited to announce the first Junior Redskins Cheerleader Scholarship Tuition recipient, sponsored by the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders Alumni Association. Congratulations to Sara Higgins, 13, who has been a participant at our satellite studio, Studio Bleu, in Ashburn, VA. This is Sara's first season as a Junior Redskins Cheerleader and we couldn't be more proud of all that she has already accomplished.

The Washington Redskins Cheerleaders Alumni Association was established in 1984, and was the very first cheerleader alumni organization in the NFL. Its mission is to support local and national charities while maintaining the friendships that members established when they were Redskins Cheerleaders.
