PHOTOS: HOPE Kit Packaging event at FedExField

On October 5, Washington Football Team staff came together to kick off National Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a HOPE Kit Packaging event at FedExField. 335 HOPE Kits were packaged to take all women in DC, MD, and VA off the HOPE Kit waiting list. In honor of our next two home games celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we announced a special something extra at Tuesday's event. With our staff's hundreds of helping hands, we were also able to surprise women on the HOPE Kit wait list in New Orleans and Kansas City.

Thank you to the National Breast Cancer Foundation for providing their HOPE Kits and all the work the foundation does to support women fighting breast cancer. We would also like to thank our partners at FedEx for covering the shipping costs of all the HOPE Kits.
