A countdown of the top-12 players in franchise history who went undrafted.

No. 12: Defense end Stephen Bowen. Bowen has spent two seasons in Washington starting 32 games and accumulating 66 tackles with seven sacks. He was a captain during the 2012 season.

No. 11: Offensive tackle Terry Hermeling spent his entire 10-year career with the Redskins where he appeared in 120 games and started Super Bowl VII. He is one of the 80 Greatest Redskins.

No. 10: Linebacker Rusty Tillman. Tillman spent his entire eight-year career with the Redskins where he appeared in 107 games. He is one of the 80 Greatest Redskins.
