Do I have to have a credit card added to the Commanders app to use my mobile pay?
Yes! To use Commanders mobile pay to at concessions, you must have a credit card added to the Commanders app.
Can I use mobile pay at every concession in the stadium?
When should I scan my QR code to pay?
At Beltway Bites and The Coolers only, you must scan your QR code prior to entering the market. At all other concessions, after you select your items, you will scan your QR code to pay for your items at checkout.
Can I screenshot my QR code to use?
Screenshots will not work when scanning your QR code, as a new code is generated each time you use the app. You must use the QR code that is provided directly in the app.
I'm a Season Ticket Member. How do I access my 50% discount on concessions?
You must be logged in with the Commanders SeatGeek account that is connected to your season tickets in order to receive your 50% discount on concession items. If you transfer your tickets directly to somebody else through the app, the discount will also be transferred to the recipient for them to use in the stadium.
I'm a Season Ticket Member. Can I use mobile pay to access my discount and pay for the concessions with cash or another method?
If you want to use your discount, you are required to pay with the credit card that has been loaded into your app. Cash is not an option when using your discount at concession stands.
How do I access the "More" section in the Commanders app?
To access the "More" section from the home screen, look on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
Can I use multiple credit cards with my Commanders app profile?
