Accessible Parking

Northwest Stadium offers on-site, accessible parking for guests with a valid state-issued disability parking placard and/or license plate on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability. Click here for a map showing the location of accessible parking areas.

You may purchase a Burgundy, Gold, or Black parking pass in advance of your visit by calling (301) 276-6050 or by clicking here. Parking attendants will direct those with a parking pass and a valid state-issued disability parking placard and/or license plate to accessible parking areas. Additionally, golf cart transportation is available for guests requiring assistance to reach the Gates. If you need assistance call 301-276-6100 or text SAFE to (703) 266-6263 on the day of the game or event.

Accessible parking also may be available in the Gray Lot on Brightseat Road. From there, shuttles containing wheelchair lifts run on a continuous loop to the entrance to Northwest Stadium for disabled fans and their guests. Please note that the Gray Lot is the only cash lot controlled by the stadium. The Washington Commanders and Northwest Stadium cannot guarantee the availability of accessible parking or other accommodations at any lot surrounding the stadium that the Washington Commanders and Northwest Stadium do not control.

Please note that accessible parking is limited, so we strongly encourage fans in need of accessible parking to arrive early. Northwest Stadium reserves all legal rights and remedies against individuals who fraudulently park in accessible parking areas.

Metro Access vans can be scheduled in advance of Northwest Stadium events through Metro Access. Trips can be scheduled online or by contacting WMATA by phone. Vans will drop off and pick up at Gate A and Gate E pre- and post-event.

Accessible Seating

Fans in need of accessible seating are encouraged to purchase accessible seats in advance of the event at https://seatgeek.com/venues/northwest-stadium/tickets. If you are a season ticket member or if you purchased tickets directly through the Washington Commanders, please call (301) 275-6050 to request relocation to accessible seating. If you purchased single game tickets through secondary websites, we are unable to relocate you until the day of the game. When you arrive at Northwest Stadium, please request relocation to accessible seating at a Guest Services booth (section numbers identified above under "Guest Services Booth Locations").

Please note that accessible seating in specific areas of the stadium may be limited, so fans with a preferred seat location should arrive early. Stadium gates generally open two hours prior to each game or event. Services are provided on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability, and accessible seating is not guaranteed on the day of the game or event. Northwest Stadium reserves all legal rights and remedies against individuals who fraudulently obtain or seek to obtain wheelchair and companion seating.

Closed Captioning and Assisted Listening Devices

Closed captioning devices and assisted listening devices are available at all Guest Services booths, upon request and subject to availability. Assisted listening devices amplify the stadium's public address announcements but do not provide service to the play-by-play broadcast. Northwest Stadium provides captioning for certain in-stadium announcements on the fascia ribbon boards.

Concession Stands

Each concession stand and bar is accessible to patrons with disabilities. If assistance is required at any of the food service areas, please contact the nearest game day staff member.

Interpreter Requests

Guests requiring interpretive services should contact Guest Services by email at tickets@commanders.com, at least two (2) weeks prior to the event to allow time to procure a qualified interpreter.

Ramps and Elevators

Public ramps are available at Northwest Stadium and are located adjacent to Gates A, H, E, and D.

Public elevators are available for guests with health conditions or impairments and are located adjacent to Gate A and Gate E. If you or someone in your party requires access to an elevator, please visit any Guest Services booth to obtain an elevator wristband.
