Ashley Cohrs is entering her fourth season with Washington after joining the organization during the 2021 offseason.
Prior to her time in Washington, she worked for the University of Georgia football team as a recruiting analyst. She also served the Buffalo Bills as a full-season football operations intern. Cohrs worked at Northwestern as an operations assistant and started her journey as a recruiting operations intern at Florida State.
Cohrs attended Florida State University and received her masters degree in sports administration from Northwestern University.
