Roger Terry enters his 10th season with Washington in 2023 after joining the team prior to its 2015 NFC East championship season. He oversees scouting operations in the Midwest region.
Terry joined Washington after working as a recruiting assistant at Ohio State University during the 2013-14 seasons. He assisted Head Coach Urban Meyer and the Buckeyes staff with talent evaluation, helping guide the Buckeyes to a Big Ten championship, Sugar Bowl championship and national championship in 2014.
His background also includes a summer scouting internship with the Atlanta Falcons in 2014, a recruiting internship at the University of Kentucky in 2012 and a stint as a defensive graduate assistant at Tennessee State University in 2011.
A Memphis native, Terry graduated in 2010 from the University of Memphis, where he played linebacker for the Tigers after transferring from Arkansas State. He is married to his wife, Amber.
