Ronald Rose is entering his sixth season with Washington after joining the team in 2018.
He was promoted to the role of College scout in the 2021 offseason after serving as a BLESTO Scout in 2020. Prior to serving as the teams BLESTO scout, Rose was a scouting assistant for one season. He will be responsible for scouting in the Northeast region.
In his role as scouting assistant in 2018, he aided the personnel department with a variety of tasks on a day-to-day basis and assisted with various tryouts throughout the season. Prior to joining Washington, he was a manager for the Parks and Recreation Department for Prince Georges County and worked in the member services department for the Washington Nationals.
Rose played collegiately at Hampton University from 2011-14 as an offensive lineman. He was a four-year starter for Hampton and appeared in 34 games in his career and was a third team All-MEAC selection following his senior year. He graduated with a bachelor of science in sports management in the spring of 2015.
