Tonya Hill is the Director of Partner Service for the Washington Commanders. She works closely with the President, executive team members, internal departments, and clients.
Tonya started her career with KPMG within the Corporate Tax Practice; she then joined Ernst & Young as a Project Manager in the Talent, Learning & Development department, where she collaborated with the General Counsel's Office, organizing extensive background reviews for newly promoted executives, and help establish the learning content for Executive Events. She then transitioned her career to McKinsey & Company where she supported Jason Wright as his former Executive Assistant.
Tonya holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Coppin State University.
