Will Krom is entering his eighth NFL season with Washington in 2023 after joining the team as a video assistant on a full-time basis during the 2019 offseason.
In this role, Krom is responsible for filming and editing all of Washington's games and practices and assisting the team's coaching staff with miscellaneous video tasks.
Prior to joining the video staff on a full-time basis, Krom worked as a seasonal intern with the Los Angeles Chargers in 2018 and was a seasonal video assistant with the Los Angeles Rams in 2017. Prior to his move to Los Angeles, Krom interned with the Washington video department in 2015-17.
Krom attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2011-13 and went on to graduate from George Mason University with a bachelor of arts in film and video studies.
Krom was born in San Antonio, Texas and was raised in Fairfax, Va.
