With free agency set to begin in March, Redskins.com's Stephen Czarda previews the 2016 NFL free agent class position-by-position. Today's focus is on the inside linebackers.

Even if the Washington Redskins appear intent on building their offensive line through the draft, there are several free agent tackles the team could pick up starting this week.

While Trent Williams is obviously entrenched as the Redskins' starting left tackle, Morgan Moses surprised during an incredibly productive second season in the NFL.

During offseason workouts and even the first week of training camp, Moses worked with the second team while Brandon Scherff was the first-team right tackle.

But between Scherff being a more natural fit at guard and Moses clearly improving seemingly by the day, the University of Virginia product was moved into the starting lineup.

Behind Williams and Moses at the tackle position was Ty Nsekhe and Tom Compton.

Nsekhe, 30, appeared in 13 games with two starts in his first NFL action since the 2012 season.

Compton, meanwhile, split time between tackle and being in at tight end in certain packages.

Okung, a 2012 Pro Bowler, was taken in the same draft class as Williams.

While the Seahawks are expected to offer him a new contract, he's intent on at the very least testing free agent waters.

The Oklahoma State product has started all 72 of his NFL appearances.

Long was the first pick taken in the 2008 NFL Draft for the Miami Dolphins and started 74 games during his five seasons with the team.

He would sign with the Rams in 2013, but has dealt with injury issues in recent seasons.

McGlynn and Polumbus have previously been members of the Redskins.
