With free agency set to begin in March, Redskins.com's Stephen Czarda previews the 2016 NFL free agent class position-by-position. Today's focus is on the wide receivers.

If the Washington Redskins are in the market for another veteran wide receiver to add to their group headlined by Rob Kelley and Jamison Crowder, they'll have a few options when free agency opens up on March 9.

Of the six wide receivers on 53-man roster last season – Garçon, Jackson, Jamison Crowder, Brian Quick, Ryan Grant and Colt McCoy – three were picked up in free agency while two were drafted by the organization in the last two drafts.

After starting his career with the Indianapolis Colts as a sixth-round pick in 2008, Garçon signed with the Redskins before the 2012 season and has been one of the most consistent wide receivers in the NFL over the last four seasons.

Jackson, meanwhile, was signed by the Redskins in 2013 just days after the Eagles surprise release of the three-time Pro Bowler.

In two seasons in Washington, Jackson has recorded 86 receptions for 1,697 yards and 10 touchdowns while averaging a gaudy 19.7 yards per catch.

Perhaps no name is bigger on this list than Boldin, who just completed his 14th NFL season.

Splitting time between the Cardinals, Ravens and 49ers, Boldin has amassed 1,009 receptions for 13,195 yards and 74 touchdowns during his potential Hall of Fame career.

When healthy, Harvin has the ability to be one of the most versatile threats in the NFL, as the Virginia native has tallied 351 receptions for 4,020 yards and 22 touchdowns along with five rushing touchdowns and five kick return touchdowns.

But the University of Florida product has also dealt with migraines throughout his career and his 2015 season was cut short by hip and knee injuries.

Sanu has ties to Redskins head coach Jay Gruden during their days together with the Bengals.

In four seasons, the Rutgers product accumulated 152 receptions for 1,793 yards and 11 touchdowns.

Hankerson, a 2011 draft pick, along with Josh Bellamy have played for the Redskins before.
