Redskins quarterback Case Keenum was one of 25 members inducted into Conference USA Hall of Fame on Monday. As a part of its 25th-year anniversary, the conference announced its inaugural Hall of Fame Class, which is comprised of 20 student-athletes, three coaches and two administrators.

Keenum, who played for the University of Houston from 2007 to 2011 when the Cougars were still in C-USA, is currently the NCAA's all-time leader in career pass completions (1,546), passing yards (19,217), passing touchdowns (155), games with 300-plus passing yards (39) and total yards (20,114). He is also the only quarterback in FBS history to throw for more than 5,000 yards in three different seasons.

Behind these record-breaking statistics, the Abilene, Texas native garnered a slew of individual honors and led the Cougars to prominence within the conference.

He secured C-USA Freshman of the Year in 2007, earned C-USA Offensive Player of the Year the next season and was a two-time winner (2009 and 2011) of the Sammy Baugh Trophy -- given annually to college football's best passer.

In doing so, Keenum led Houston to a pair of C-USA championship games and four bowl appearances and is the winningest quarterback in Houston history with 37 victories in 51 starts. In 2016, the program retired the No. 7 jersey to honor Keenum and former quarterback David Klingler (1988-1991).

Along with Keenum, other notable inductees include former NBA All-Stars Dwayne Wade (Marquette) and Kenyon Martin (Cincinnati) and renowned college basketball coach Bob Huggins (Cincinnati).
