The Redskins defensive back has been binge-watching the Netflix show, which rolled out its fourth season last week and forced everyone to drop their weekend plans.
Hall finished the entire show in just three days and apparently can't get enough of Kevin Spacey as President Francis Underwood.
Well, the show saw Hall's status and decided they would thank him for his dedication.
Of course, this could be just another ploy from Underwood to steal Hall into politics. You never know what his plans are.
