Second Round NCAA Tournament – Georgia vs. Michigan St. – March 20, 2015
In a clash between the SEC and Big Ten, three Washington Redskins are putting collegiate pride on the line.
A sixth-round pick (196th overall) of the Redskins in 2006, Golston has appeared in 125 career games, starting 51 of them. Before totaling 212 tackles in the NFL, Golston battled through a collegiate career that saw him break his shoulder blade and injure his elbow. Even with those injuries suffered, he started nine games a senior and recorded 21 tackles, 1.5 sacks and 28 quarterback pressures.
Before leading a fourth-quarter comeback in the NFL, Kirk Cousins was setting records at Michigan State. His 66 touchdowns is a Michigan State record after starting 39 games. He became just one of two Spartans to ever be named a team captain as a sophomore.
Cousin's collegiate teammate and current Redskins teammate Trenton Robinson found his fair share of success for green and white, as well. Robinson started 32 games for the Spartans between 2008-2011, registering 229 tackles, nine interceptions and 12 pass deflections. After his senior year, he earned first-team All-Big Ten honors.
Tracy Porter will be paying attention to:
Second Round NCAA Tournament – Indiana vs. Wichita St. – March 20, 2015
Tracy Porter made his way to the Redskins by way of free agency in March of 2014, but his seven year career was made following a strong tenure with the crimson and cream of Indiana.
Porter started 43 career games at Indiana from 2004-2007 and finished with 16 interceptions, ranking him second in school history, and logging 212 tackles. As a returner, he brought back 35 punts for 477 yards and a touchdown, becoming the first player in school history to return a punt, fumble and interception for a touchdown.
Morgan Moses will be paying attention to:
Second Round NCAA Tournament – Belmont vs. UVA – March 20, 2015
With the No. 66 pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Washington Redskins selected Morgan Moses of Virginia. Here's a gallery of his collegiate career and some NFL Combine still shots.
The Cavaliers received the second seed in the East and will face Belmont in the second round, and you can bet that Redskins offensive lineman Morgan Moses will be supporting them all the way.
Moses played at Virginia from 2010-2013 and started 42 of 48 career games. Twice was he an All-ACC selection, after his junior and senior seasons, and he also helped pave the way for the Cavaliers' first 1,000-yard rusher since 2004. In 2010, he became the seventh true freshman in program history to start at tackle.

Second Round NCAA Tournament – Albany vs. Oklahoma – March 20, 2015
The Oklahoma Sooners have made their third-straight NCAA Tournament and their three-seed is the highest since 2009. On the Redskins, their three Sooners will certainly be pulling for their alma maters.
Chris Chester joined the Redskins after five seasons with the Baltimore Ravens. Prior to that, however, he was a converted tight end on the offensive line for Oklahoma. After adding over 60-pounds in college, he developed into a force on the front lines, totaling 25 knockdown blocks for the Sooners in 2005.
Tress Way's roller coaster ride began with a standout career at Oklahoma. In 53 games from 2008-2012, Way booted 250 times for a 44-yard average with 91 punts downed inside their opponent's 20-yard line. On 77 punts for the Redskins, Way averaged 47.5 yards-per-punt.
The anchor of the Redskins' offensive line, Trent Williams earned All-American honors on the freshman team and as a junior and senior. A starter in 39-of-50 games for the Sooners, Williams was selected fourth overall in 2010 and has developed into a three-time Pro Bowl selection in Washington.
Colin Lockett will be paying attention to:
Second Round NCAA Tournament – San Diego St. vs. St. Johns – March 20, 2015
Signed to the Redskins' practice squad in December of 2014, San Diego State alum Colin Lockett will be watching his Aztecs come game time.
Lockett started 30 games at wide receiver for the Aztecs and recorded 52 catches for 736 yards and five touchdowns as a senior. He was a team-captain in 2013 and was an Honorable Mention All-Mountain West selection after returning 31 kickoffs for 761 yards (24.5 avg.).
