Santana Moss already has one degree from the University of Miami, so why not go for a second?
For the past 17 months, Moss – a former wide receiver for the Washington Redskins and current holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts (2001) -- has been taking part in a new class at his alma mater called the Miami Executive MBA for Artists and Athletes program.
According to an article from Bloomberg.com, 40 of the 43 students in the program are former or current NFL players. The program is designed around the NFL's schedule, and it includes six two-week modules on-campus, as well as the ability for the students to learn off campus with distance learning.
All the hard work Moss has put in with his NFL brethren is finally paying off, as he's set to walk the big stage one more time down in Coral Gables, Fla., as he notes on a post on his Instagram page. (Peep Ed Reed and Reggie Wayne beside him).
Moss played in the NFL for 14 seasons, including the last 10 with Washington. In his career, he played in 197 games and caught 732 passes for 10,283 yards and 66 touchdowns.
