The Washington Redskins will begin what Head Coach Jay Gruden has called "the fourth quarter" of the 2015 season on Sunday when the team faces the Chicago Bears. Kickoff at Soldier Field in Chicago is scheduled for 1 p.m.

The Redskins have won each of the teams' last five meetings, dating back to 2004. In the Redskins' last visit to Soldier Field, defensive back DeAngelo Hall recorded an NFL-record-tying four interceptions, including one he returned 92 yards for a touchdown in a 17-14 Redskins win. The Redskins also won the teams' most recent meeting at FedExField, a 45-41 shootout in Week 7 of the 2013 season.

Sunday's game will be played 73 years to the date of Washington's 14-6 victory against Chicago in the 1942 NFL Championship Game. That day, Pro Football Hall of Famer Sammy Baugh threw for a touchdown and added an interception on defense en route to the Redskins securing the franchise's second World Championship.

THE OPPONENTThe Chicago Bears enter Week 14 with a 5-7 record after suffering a 26-20 overtime loss to the San Francisco 49ers last week. Last year, the Bears finished fourth in the NFC North with a 5-11 record. This season is the team's first under head coach John Fox.

Quarterback Jay Cutler is leading the Bears' passing attack this year in his seventh season with the team. He has completed 229-of-365 passes for 2,712 yards with 14 touchdowns and seven interceptions.

Matt Forte is the team's leading rusher, having gained 676 yards on 172 rushes with three rushing touchdowns. Rookie Jeremy Langford has also contributed 357 yards on 102 carries with a team-high six rushing touchdowns.

Tight end Martellus Bennett has recorded a team-high 53 receptions, posting 439 receiving yards with three receiving touchdowns. Wide receiver Alshon Jeffery leads the Bears in receiving yards (690) on 47 receptions with two receiving touchdowns. Tight end Zach Miller leads Chicago with four receiving touchdowns.

Six players are tied for the team lead with one interception, including cornerback Kyle Fuller, who has also contributed 38 tackles (32 solo). Linebacker Pernell McPhee has one interception this season and is tied with fellow linebacker Lamarr Houston for the team lead in sacks (5.0). Linebackers Christian Jones and Shea McClellin are tied for the team lead with 66 tackles each.

Veteran kicker Robbie Gould handles kicking duties for Chicago and has converted 19-of-20 extra point attempts and 26-of-31 field goal attempts this season. Pat O'Donnell is the team's punter and has averaged 44.2 yards per punt on 55 punts.

Marc Mariani handles return duties for Chicago and has gained 178 yards on 25 punt returns (6.8 avg.) as well as 371 yards on 15 kickoff returns (24.7 avg.).

WHAT TO WATCH FOR THIS WEEK• The Redskins and Bears facing one another 73 years to the date after Washington defeated Chicago, 14-6, in the 1942 NFL Championship Game at Griffith Stadium on Dec. 13, 1942.

• The Redskins snapping a nine-game road losing streak and earning their first road victory since Week 8 last season at Dallas.

• The Redskins improving to 25-23-1 all-time against the Bears, including postseason play, and earning a 21-20-1 all-time advantage against Chicago in regular season contests.
