Chris Cooley, besides making a name for himself in the broadcast booth and on the radio, was at one time a pretty good tight end for the Redskins.
So, even while he's working on Radio Row in San Francisco interviewing guests this week, Cooley still has time to interact with fans, those that watched him play, which include Hollywood actors such as Josh Duhamel, making his rounds over the next couple days to promote his new movie "Spaceman."
The movie is based on the true story of Major League legend Bill Lee, the legendary Red Sox and Expos pitcher who "reigned as the thinking—and toking—man's favorite ballplayer, one who threw a variety of strikes from the mound and plenty of verbal darts at the front office," according to the movie's press release.
The movie comes out this summer. We'll see if Duhamel's cheesing convinced Cooley enough to see it.
