On Tuesday, Redskins defensive end Chris Baker and safety DeAngelo Hall were in London as part of a Fan Forum put on by the NFLUK, and needless to say it was a smashing success!
Baker and Hall shared a stage with two men they'll face at Wembley Stadium on Oct. 30, 2016 -- Bengals defensive tackle Domata Peko and defensive end Carlos Dunlap. All four men took time to answer questions from fans who were in attendance, and they also got a chance to have a some fun with them, as you'll see in one of the tweets showing Baker doing his patented touchdown dance.
The flight across the pond wore Baker out, and unfortunately for him, he fell asleep in the green room and Hall caught it all on his phone for the world to see.
Baker wasn't shaken by being caught napping and made up for that by getting busy on stage, much to the delight of the fans who packed the place.
The fans in the UK were captivated by the fact that they were in the presence of real life NFL stars, and they couldn't stop tweeting about it.
The fun with Baker and Hall didn't end Tuesday evening. Both men stayed in town and participated in the NFLUK's Play 60 'Summer Bowl' Day on Wednesday.
So, as you can see, Baker and Hall's advance trip to the UK was well worth it. If Redskins fans across the pond weren't already excited about the team coming to London in the fall, they are now.
