On Sunday, April 26, The Heart Health Foundation will be sponsoring their third annual "Huddle Up For Healthy Hearts Football Game" at the Navy Marine-Corps Stadium in Annapolis, Md.
The game will feature the three quarterbacks and be bookended by a VIP reception and tailgate party.
The foundation's goal is to raise awareness about combatting cardiovascular disease as well as providing education and free vascular screenings.
Over the past 15 years, they have provided more than 50,000 free screenings to people locally – there are 14 different sites that offer screenings in the region -- and hundreds of thousands across the country.
As a result, almost 50 percent of participants have detected the disease, the first step in improving their lives.
An entry fee of $500 will let you participate in the game with the stars, the tailgate following the game and the VIP reception the prior evening. If you would like to just attend the game, a ticket is only $10.
