Yes, the Redskins' first round draft pick, Josh Doctson, watches a lot of game film. He also watches a lot of films, as in movies.
The wide receiver majored in Film, Television and Digital Media at TCU, so it's safe to say that when he wasn't playing football, or thinking about football, or watching tape of football, he was catching up on movies in the closest Texas multiplex.
"I'm a movie guy," Doctson said on "Redskins Nation." "I love going to the movies, you'll see me in the movie theater over here in Washington a lot."
When asked what his favorite genre was, Doctson didn't hesitate.
"I'll go with the suspense thriller movies; I love those kind of movies," he said. "Or just the movies that got a great message, like my favorite movie, "The Pursuit of Happiness," is my favorite movie with Will Smith, great message in that and really just kind of motivational."
While many players watch movies in their spare time, Docston joins Niles Paul and Josh Norman as the team's movie buffs. I'm sure they would all generally agree with Doctson's favorite actor – or favorite two actors.
"Top three, I'm going to go with Denzel [Washington]," he said. "I'm going with Denzel second and I'm going to go with Will Smith third."
So, to recap, that's two Denzel Washingtons and one Will Smith.
