What's worse than having to line up with cornerback Josh Norman in the open field? Noe evenknowing that he's in front of you.
That was the case a few weeks ago when Norman hosted the inaugural Starz24 Celebrity & Costume Gala. Norman and non-profit organization Starz24 teamed up and invited teammates, fans and celebrity friends to raise money for the cause – providing a positive support system for young people.
Of course, Norman had to have a little fun at the detriment of those arriving. The cornerback, dressed as Batman, slipped on a scream mask and pretended to sit still with a bowl of candy. Those grabbing a piece quickly realized Norman wasn't just a stuffed, still dummy.
Among teammates Norman can say he scared: tight end Vernon Davis, cornerback Greg Toler, linebacker Terence Garvin and safety Duke Ihenacho. He also spooked defensive backs coach Perry Fewell a little, too.
For making them scream, he handed out Redskins shirts and other team-affiliated gear.
Worth the scare of admission?
