The Washington Redskins' quarterback threw three touchdown passes against the New Orleans Saints including one toss to Ryan Grant on an all-out blitz.
While the Washington Redskins were unable to hold onto a 15-point lead in Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints, quarterback Kirk Cousins turned in one of his best performances of the season.
Despite being without his starting center, one of his starting wide receivers and running back Chris Thompson for a majority of the second half, Cousins completed 22-of-32 attempts for 322 yards with three touchdowns to zero interceptions.
His performance has him as one of three nominees for FedEx Air Player of the Week for Week 11. You can vote for him here.
It was the second time this season that Cousins passed for three touchdowns. His quarterback rating of 132.6 was also his second highest rating of the season.
