So, you probably weren't going to be attending safety Dashon Goldson's football camp anyway (it's out in Carson, Calif.), but let's say you had been thinking about it.
Well, you're still not receiving any instruction with this video, but Goldson provides the equivalent of a tackling lesson in a brief Instagram post, where he sizes up some tackle dummies and lays the lumber.
And, let's be honest, it's hard not to watch this on loop. It's pretty epic.
