The Washington Redskins just wrapped up a productive preseason as a team, but there are a few individuals and units to note.
First off is the man that recorded the most receiving yards (266) and receptions (25) during the preseason while also scoring the most receiving touchdowns (four): Rashad Ross.
Ross was a standout in all four games, highlighted by a two-touchdown performance against the Baltimore Ravens and a 10-catch, 103-yard performance last night against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Linebacker Jackson Jeffcoat, meanwhile, tied the preseason-high in sacks with four.
The former University of Texas standout, who recorded a sack and interception during a late call-up last season, recorded a sack in all four games.
And as a unit, the Redskins allowed an NFC-low 66.5 rushing yards per game.
Against the Cleveland Browns' and Detroit Lions' first-team offenses, the Redskins surrendered just 91 rushing yards.
Did Ross and Jeffcoat lock down roster spots for 2015? We'll find out tomorrow.
