The Redskins declared the following players as inactive:
- No. 8 QB Kirk Cousins
- No. 15 WR Aldrick Robinson
- No. 39 CB David Amerson
- No. 71 T Trent Williams
- No. 85 WR Leonard Hankerson
- No. 86 TE Jordan Reed
- No. 92 DL Chris Baker
- No. 22 Tracy Porter is expected to start in place of Amerson at cornerback.
- No. 72 Stephen Bowen is expected to start in place of Baker on the defensive line.
- No. 76 Morgan Moses is expected to start in place of Williams at left tackle.
- No. 84 Niles Paul is expected to start in place of Reed at tight end.
