Sacking the quarterback isn't the only way Ryan Kerrigan has made his presence felt this season. His name can also be seen all over the country with his jersey currently being bought in wide numbers on both sides of the United States.
The Dick's Sporting Goods Jersey Report found that Kerrigan's jersey is the top-seller in Virginia and Idaho since the 2016 NFL Draft. The report looks at real-time purchases from hundreds of Dick's Sporting Goods stores and purchases made at DickSportingGoods.com.
While his success in Virginia is certainly no surprise, Kerrigan's support in Idaho wasn't exactly predictable as he has no direct connection to the state. Despite that, the Redskins support on the opposite coast is exciting to see.
Kerrigan added Idaho to his jersey dominance after Peyton Manning was the most prominent in 2015, according to last year's Report. The linebacker also led in Virginia last year.
With six sacks already this season, it looks like Kerrigan is going to have a strong season both on and off the field and has the possibility of breaking his own sacks record.
