Okay, so we've known since the day he signed with the Washington Redskins that Stephen Paea is a strong, strong man, but it's always cool to see the work he puts in.
On this particular day, it was single leg jumps on a few boxes with a final leap over a hurdle.
Of course, Paea also needs some time to relax too before the season starts, and that's exactly what he did:
