Calm down. No, that's not linebacker [Trent Murphyinternal-link-placeholder-0] riding that bronco.

Luckily, Murphy was just an audience member Saturday night as he took a a few videos of a rodeo he attended (location wasn't disclosed) during the Memorial Day Weekend.

In an Instagram comment, Murphy did write that once his playing career had finished, he might consider joining the tradition.

In fact, **as reported last year by YahooSports**, "when he was in middle school, Murphy got involved in team roping with his father, who built a rodeo arena on their property -- along with a 1,200-square foot weight room. The family owned horses and also had a 400-pound steer calf that Murphy would grab by the horns and wrestle with 'just for fun.'"

Murphy, who looks to get substantial playing time this year on defense, has been committed this offseason to getting stronger and knows the opportunity he has in front of him.

"I really just focused on what I can control," he said last month. "It's always been my effort in the weight room, studying my playbook and working with the guys I have. Right now, I kind of know who we have in the weight room and next to me on the line of scrimmage and we're working to get the best as we can get."
