Typically, Mother's Day is reserved for sons and daughters to honor their mothers and celebrate their love and accomplishments throughout their life.

I'm sure Trey Williams is doing some of that today, but it's his mother who wants to reciprocate the love.

"Congratulations Trey on your accomplishment to the NFL," reads the cake she presented him, just a few days after Williams found out he was signed by the Redskins as a college free agent.

Last season, the shifty running back had an impressive 6.9 yards-per-carry average for Texas A&M, totaling 560 yards in total with seven touchdowns. He also caught 16 passes for 105 yards and a touchdown.

Make sure to check out our video of Redskins players wishing their mothers a happy Mother's Day!
