If you've been paying attention to what players have been up to this offseason (if you read this blog, you should be well aware) then you will know Redskins wide receiver Andre Roberts has made  -- and is still making – some impressive trips around the globe.

But, for most of his vacations and trips to the golf course, he's been accompanied by best friend and former teammate Larry Fitzgerald.

Spending four years with the Arizona Cardinals, Roberts bonded with Fitzgerald and used him as a life coach early on in his career, entering the league wide-eyed from Citadel in need of some guidance.

"Larry's my mentor, and my best friend on the team," Roberts said in a 2013 article with The Post and Courier. "He's taught me a lot of things about the NFL…On and off the field, he's taught me the way to be a professional, and that's the biggest thing.

"In the NFL, everybody has skill. But everybody doesn't know how to act off the field. They don't know how to train before the season, after the season, and he's helped me out with that a lot."

The duo has hit the links plenty of times over the years, playing famed courses like Whistling Straits, Olympia Fields and Southern Highlands. This year they played together in Australia and most recently at an LPGA Pro-Am event in Arizona (see video above).

Previous trips together have also included Antarctica, Colombia, Nicaragua and Belize.

"We've really built a good bond these past three years," Roberts said.

Take a look at their 2015 adventures together for yourself.
