As they do each week, Chris Cooley and Clinton Portis broke down a few key plays from Sunday's 24-10 Redskins victory over the Rams on Sunday.

First, they look at the team's opening offensive play of the day, a 21-yard strike over the middle to tight end Jordan Reed. Cooley praises quarterback Kirk Cousins for using his eyes to hold the linebacker in place and compliments Reed's route-running to kick-start the offense.

They come back to Reed's big third down pickup in the fourth quarter, a 29-yard pass on another seam route that shows off Reed's ability to bait a defender to the opposite side of his route.

In between, they look closer at Matt Jones' 39-yard run in the first quarter, paying special attention to how each offensive lineman found their blocks to pave a few holes for Jones as he burst through the left side of the line.
