It seems Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson is taking the lead from running back Silas Redd.
A week after Redd posted some training photos on the California coast, Jackson posted a video to Instagram with his version of a beach workout.
He labels each drill with an attribute. "One Leg Stick," "Hip Sink," and "Explosive."
For that last trait – a slow motion jump taken in mid-air – Jackson seems to be auditioning for the next "Die Hard" movie, just without the fiery explosion in the background.
This seems reasonable once you see his movie star pose to finish the video.
In a world that produces "Sharknado 3," I could see that movie getting greenlit.
