Kirk Cousins has already broken a lot of records and made a lot of Top-10 lists, so why not throw him into one more?
That's what Ike Taylor and Maurice Jones-Drew did on their NFL Now show "Fashion Po-Po," ranking Cousins seventh on their year-end list of the best dressed from the NFL this season.
Taylor specifically cites Cousins' burgundy blazer, a suit heavily analyzed when he broke it out after the Redskins’ victory over the Eagles. Though, Taylor calls the suit color Merlot, after the wine, which is sort of a shame.
Regardless, the suit was the accent for a season's worth of strong fashion from Kirk, who began dressing as a starting quarterback that had gained more and more confidence as the season progressed.
He beat out Markus Wheaton, Ben Roethlisberger and Brock Osweiler to land at No. 7. Tyrod Taylor took first place, though there is no real explanation of the duo's ratings or rankings, they just primarily ooh and ahh at each image.
We're just glad Kirk is making impressions on and off the football field.
