Teaming up with the American Heart Association and the NFL's Play 60 foundation, linebacker Ryan Kerrigan, in his continued efforts to give back, hosted a couple of web workout videos for middle school students.
Designed to increase physical activity levels amongst children, NFL Play 60 brings together the NFL's long-standing commitment to health and wellness with partner organizations.
The program is also implemented for local in-school and after-school and team-based activites, which is where Kerrigan comes in.
Working with Discovery Education, the provider of digital content and professional development for K-12 classrooms, Kerrigan leads kids in a variety of stretches and exercises. The online activity guides and videos are available for free.
